Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of nestorstudio.com and of Nestor Studio’s internal publishing software (“Nestor Studio Publisher”), operated by Nestor Studio (“we”, “us”). Contact: ops@nestorstudio.com.
2. The service
Nestor Studio Publisher is a content scheduling and publishing tool used by Nestor Studio and its clients. It publishes content to social media accounts (including TikTok, Facebook and Instagram) that the account owner has explicitly authorized via the platform’s official login flow. The tool is not offered to the general public; access is limited to Nestor Studio clients under a service agreement.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients remain the owners of their social media accounts and of the content they approve for publication. Clients are responsible for ensuring that scheduled content complies with applicable law and with the terms and community guidelines of the destination platform (including TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines). We may decline to publish content that we reasonably believe violates those rules.
4. Authorization and revocation
Publishing happens only to accounts connected through the platform’s official authorization flow. A client may revoke that authorization at any time in the platform’s settings or by emailing ops@nestorstudio.com, after which publishing to that account stops immediately.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care but without warranty of uninterrupted availability; scheduled publication depends on third-party platform APIs that may change or fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the use of this website or the publishing service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
